Amber Rose Claims South Philly Breeds Ugly Girls

Amber Rose is throwing shade at a whole city. In an interview with N.O.R.E, she claims that people in South Philly "aren't traditionally attractive".That, while growing up, people would assume she was from California, because she was "blessed with beauty."
