What Sir Mark is trying to say is, we Filipinos should stop marrying a Caucasian race just because we want our children to have a whiter skin, just for our children to have more opportunity to work in the showbiz industry for having an advantage because they are half and half (Half Filipino - half something else), etc...
Sir Mark is not that stupid not to know that many Filipinos are mixed with something else.

You marry someone because of love. If you marry someone just to get out of poverty will only worsen things.
