If you seriously hate doing cardio, this is the cardio workout for you. I've never liked long, boring cardio workouts....never! I've always liked to mix and match a ton of exercises that are both fun and intense and deliver results.

If you want that heart pumping doing NON-traditional cardio exercises, this is the workout for you to try. Here it is:

Cardio Warm Up Movements (should take 10 minutes)
Leg swings (front to back, side to side and diagonally), shoulder circles, jumping jacks, band shoulder dislocators, band pull aparts, and skip rope (300+ reps if you are good)

Turf Drills - band monster walks down and back (about 25 yards each), band lateral shuffle down and back (same distance), 5 sprints and back peddle to the start (same distance), leg drag arm walks down and back (same distance) and finish with bear crawls down and back (same distance).

Water Rower Sprints - do 2-3 times for 1 minute as aggressive as you can.

Heavy Bag Kicks - do 2-3 times, 10 reps per leg.

Combo Hitter (you can use a heavy bag) - do 2-3 times for about 2 minutes of continuous punching and combinations.
