Form One student arraigned over killer Moi Girls fire

The fire at Moi Girls School Nairobi that claimed nine students was a deliberate arson act fuelled by a hand sanitizing gel. An investigators report seen by Citizen TV also suggests the fire may have been started by a student to force a transfer. And today, the 16 years old suspect was arraigned in court and remanded for a week.
