Thousands of summer holiday plans have been thrown into chaos, after the government announced Portugal would be taken off the UK's green list from Tuesday. It followed news that no further destinations would be opened for quarantine-free travel, a decision that has been described as a 'huge blow' to the tourism industry. We’re discussing the news with travel expert Simon Calder and the owner of Hays Travel, Dame Irene Hays. And we'll also be speaking to Miguel Campina, who runs a bar in the Algarve.
