HOLLYWOOD - LAPD is investigating a fatal shooting of a 17 year old bystander on the corner of Hollywood & Highland. Streets in the area are blocked and the area of H&H is inaccessible. The body was covered and tented by LAPD during the investigation. LAPD caught the suspect that night in Carson, before the viral video of the incident surfaced.
