In this episode I get some help to prune my olive trees, I hang up some artwork, and I prep the materials for the next two bench lids. I also discuss some of the behind the scenes work I've been doing like getting quotes for my storeroom roof and redoing the wasteline track as well as some musings on what I'll be doing with my kitchen - which is starting to take up a lot of my thinking these days! I'm itching to get started on the kitchen now!

About Girl Meets Farm:
I'm Christine, a South African expat now living in Portugal.

This is my adventure as a solo expat on a farm in Central Portugal with my two fur-kids, Shakti & Shiva.
I've never owned or lived on a farm, but moved to Portugal in the hope of fulfilling a life-long dream of finding open space, subsistence farming and a safer, better life.

The third stage of our journey begins now!
I'm still figuring out farm life, and while the larger renovation of the agricultural structure is now complete, I will continue renovating the interior to make it habitable and turn it into a comfortable home for me and my furkids.

Thank you for joining our journey!
